Sunlight of the Spirit Celebrates 3 Years

 To help us celebrate our 3 year anniversary, one of our favorite artists, Jennifer Bundey, brought an array of her amazing Colors for the Soul collection of paintings, prints, cards and bookmarks for an artist reception on June 12th. Sound Healing and Tibetan Singing Bowls

This class will focus on the healing power of sound to help balance physical, emotional and  mental energy and deepen your connection to spirit. The facilitator, Jan Polin, is an Audiometrist, who has worked with Tibetan singing bowls for over 30 years and has studied with the Dalai Lama & several Tibetan Rimpoches. Explore the history and spiritual symbols of Himalayan singing Bowls and learn ancient techniques to relax the body/mind, enhance meditation, and bring balance to manifest your positive life path. Cost: $15. Class participants receive 10% off the purchase of a singing bowl the day of class.

Tibetan & Chinese Healing Meditations

Stretch & Surrender – Yoga Workshop & Book Signing

 analisa_pool4Join Annalisa Cunningham, author of "Healing Addiction with Yoga" and "Gentle Yoga for Healing Mind, Body, and Spirit" for a special yoga workshop geared to those in 12 step recovery. The workshop will include gentle yoga postures, focused breath awareness, positive affirmations, healing visualizations, deep relaxation, meditation, and journal writing exercises designed to help work a program. Emphasis is placed upon honesty, trust, acceptance, forgiveness, self worth and surrender to a Higher Power. All levels of fitness & flexibility are welcome, including people with injury or illness. Free T'ai Chi Chih Practice - Sundays 11:30am

 T'ai Chi Chih is a moving meditation based on the principles of Chi Kung. It soothes the body, comforts the mind and nurtures the soul.  Students who practice T'ai Chi Chih often experience serenity, regulation of blood pressure, improved balance and concentration, to name just a few positive results. This free 1 hour practice is facilitated by Elizabeth Ebrahimzadéh. She trained with renowned instructor Sandy McAlister, who for decades has worked in collaboration with Justin Stone, the originator of T'ai Chi Chih. Click here to download flyer.
