Addiction with Yoga" and "Gentle Yoga for Healing Mind, Body,
and Spirit" for a special yoga workshop geared to those in 12 step
recovery. The workshop will include gentle yoga postures, focused breath
awareness, positive affirmations, healing visualizations, deep relaxation,
meditation, and journal writing exercises designed to help work a program.
Emphasis is placed upon honesty, trust, acceptance, forgiveness, self worth and
surrender to a Higher Power. All levels of fitness & flexibility are

Free T'ai Chi Chih

T'ai Chi Chih is a moving meditation based on the principles of
Chi Kung. It soothes the body, comforts the mind
and nurtures the soul. Students who practice T'ai Chi Chih often
experience serenity, regulation of blood pressure, improved balance and
concentration, to name just a few positive results. This free 1 hour practice
is facilitated by Elizabeth Ebrahimzadéh. She trained with renowned instructor
Sandy McAlister, who for decades has worked in collaboration with Justin Stone,
