Meditation ~ Three-Week Series

a place we visit; it can be a way of life. The more we clear away old stuff
that no longer serves us, the more space we create fo r a Higher Power to grow
within and guide our way. If you have been wondering how to deepen your
spiritual connection; why you repeat certain patterns; or why you have recurring
pain come and try this meditation. In this three-week series we will focus on
the energy of the Father, the Mother and the Child. Facilitated

Saturday, Feb. 18th 1-5pm Beauty leads us into the embrace of the Most High. And it isn't an easy
courtship! Join contemplative storyteller David Elliott and StoryGrace
for an eye and heart opening afternoon with Psyche & Eros (and a
saint or two), as we listen into this western tale of our Soul's

people in a supportive setting and experience healing Reiki. Whenever
sacred time and space are created in the presence of love, many

Transformational Healing Music Concert, Heartsongs & Global Sacred Chants With Anton Mizerak & Laura Berryhill
Saturday, Feb. 25th 7:00pm Mount Shasta keyboardist, harmonica and tabla player Anton Mizerak and singer Laura Berryhill will present an evening of Celtic songs, healing music and chants from around the world. Anton has performed at events with Deepak Chopra, Gary Zukav, Jean Houston, Michael Beckwith and Neale Donald Walsh. His music has been featured on the nationally syndicated radio show “Echoes” and the digital New Age Music format “Soundscapes.” His acclaimed CD series “When Angels Dream” is a top seller with massage therapists. Laura Berryhill has a master's degree in music history from the University of Oregon, and the crystalline quality of her voice is accentuated in a variety of musical styles including folk music of the Celtic cultures, early European, new age and jazz. She has appeared at the Festival of Harps, the Yachats Celtic Music Festival, and the Shrewsbury Renaissance Faire. Anton and Laura have toured together extensively in the past year, performing to acclaim at over 200 venues. Concert offered for your pleasure on a "good will" donation basis.
Soulwork — the rise of World Spirituality With Bob Mackura Sundays, Mar. 11th/25th and Apr. 1st/22nd @ 3-5:00pm During March/April Bob Mackura from the Soulworkers Centre in Grass Valley, will offer 4 interactive classes sharing a combination of insights and practices drawn from the world’s
great spiritu al traditions along with the latest vision on where we are being
invited to move as global spiritual citizens. He brings over 20 years
of experience as a spiritual teacher and author with training
in transpersonal psychology, theology, embodiment methods, and as a

Reiki Level 1 includes learning new skills in energetic healing as well as

activate the natural ability to use the Reiki energy). This first degree class
includes the history of Reiki, Chakra and energy field scanning and balancing,
understanding body-mind connections, use of Level 1 Reiki symbol and Level 1

All Addicts Anonymous Meeting
Thursdays, 6:45-8pm 
All Addicts Anonymous (AAA) is designed to help anyone struggling with any type of addictive behavior. The AAA Program was started in 1961 by Tom Powers, an early
pioneer in Alcoholics Anonymous (AA) who was sponsored by Bill Wilson (AA's
co-founder), and involved in writing AA's book The Twelve Steps and Twelve Traditions. AAA has shown positive results for those suffering from alcoholism, drug addiction, anger/resentment,
smoking, crazy eating, materialism, hopelessness, sex addiction, worry, and
lying. By earnestly adopting the Four Absolutes, the Twelve Steps, and the Ten
Points (click here
to read these) as a way of life, you can experience a spiritual awakening,
self-control, sanity, peace, and joy. AAA has meetings all over the country ~ come and help support the first Sacramento meeting. Free T'ai Chi Chih Practice - Sundays @

T'ai Chi Chih is a moving meditation
based on the principles of Chi Kung. It soothes the body, comforts the mind and
nurtures the soul. Students who practice T'ai Chi Chih often experience
serenity, regulation of blood pressure, improved balance and concentration, to name
just a few positive results. This free 1 hour practice is facilitated by
Elizabeth Ebrahimzadéh. She trained with renowned instructor Sandy McAlister,
who for decades has worked in collaboration with Justin Stone, the originator
